I think @iamjhud performance last night nailed it. Not to mention she paid respect by keeping it simple, #curvy & with #bighairdontcare that Whitney I am sure would have appreciated.
Whitney passed so soon, so suddenly and as she had in her lifetime with so much speculation. Although we would have all wanted to see more done, this small tribute, and small touches like LL Cool J’s prayer and wishes of love from those like Stevie Wonder were beautiful touches. Many tributes will be paid to Whitney in the coming weeks and months, and to rush something more complicated would have been an insult to who she was and who she was trying to become.
