I love lamb shanks, who knew how easy this recipe is—I think I will make this instead of lamb meatballs for my next lamb feast.

Burger Joint in the Parker Meridian recently celebrated it’s 10th Anniversary, and is probably my favorite burger in New York.
And yes, I may like it better than Shake Shack (I know, I know).
